GENERAL
- I require some sort of reference before starting a commission. Please provide as many references as possible, and make your request as CLEAR as you can, the more detail you give on your request the better. I will not design references for you.
- By commissioning me, you fully agree and have read my TOS. I am not responsible if you fail to do so.
- I may refuse a commission for any reason.WHAT I WILL / WILL NOT DRAW
Currently, I can draw the following:
- Light gore
- Ship art (includes OC x Canon, Canon x Canon)
- Fanart
- OCs
- Artistic nudity / censored nudityI will NOT draw:
- Heavy gore
- NSFW / Fetish content
- Complex designs
- Animals / furry / anthro
- Armor / mecha
- Anything that contains hate speech / offensive imageryPAYMENTS
- I will start the commission after payment is sent.
- Commissions will be paid via vGen built-in payment system.
- Payment shall be made upfront.
- Extra characters are an additional fee.REVISIONS
- You may freely ask for changes or revisions during the SKETCHING phase. After this phase has passed, no further changes will be made.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- If you have a hard deadline, please inform me as soon as possible so I can do my best to cater to it. However, I generally will not set myself to any deadlines.
- Commissions may take up anywhere from 2 weeks to 1 month, depending on the commission type/complexity, and commission queue.
- Final artwork will be sent via email or google drive.
- Delays can be made due to any circumstance, whether it be health issues, busy schedule, etc. Any delays will be communicated with the client.

RIGHTS AND OWNERSHIP
- As the artist, I have every right to the commissioned piece. Actions include, but are not limited to: Displaying the piece on any of my social medias, such as twitter, Instagram, etc.
- The client may choose to remain anonymous, or be tagged.
- Giving me proper credit is mandatory if the commission piece is posted.
- Clients are not allowed to sell the artwork or make any sort of profit off of it.
- Clients may print the artwork for PERSONAL use.COPYRIGHT / USE
If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you have to the drawing will be retracted.Examples include but not limited to:
- Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork to make profit without permission.
- Taking credit for the creation of the artwork.
- Removing any watermarks/signatures.
- Altering the artwork without the artist's consent.*Do NOT use the commissioned artwork to train AI, or to make as an NFT. If you do so, you will be blocked and blacklisted from any further commissioning.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
- As the artist, I have the right to post your commission as WIPs or as a finished product. If the client wishes to keep the commission private, please inform me beforehand.REFUNDS / CANCELLATION
- As the artist, I reserve the right to cancel the commission.
- If payment hasn't been sent within 48 hours, your commission will be canceled.
- Once the sketch is approved, refunds are not available.
- The only exception for refunds is if I cannot finish your commission for any reason. I will contact you in the case that this happens.COMMUNICATION
- A conversation between the artist and commissioner may occur regarding details of the piece. Please keep any communication respectful.
